London, July 27. The Yorkshire miners state that they will decide their .own policy irrespective of the Federation, and. the miners must re-open negotiations, apart from piecework rates. There are other disputes, including the question of the continuous shift. These workers get no reduction of hours under the Sankey report, lint some relief or extra payment must he arranged.
