ATTITUDE OF ROUMANIA.
INTERVIEW WITH M. JONESCA
ALLIED VICTORY CERTAIN
(Received July 26, 8.55 p.m.) Paris, July 26
"Le Temps" interviewed' M. ,Ta*e Jonesca, the Roumanian statesman, who said an Allied victory was certain. Russia and England were geo'grapnically invincible, and the French army would be superior to the German if it •was numerically equal.' Italy was pro;ring that a nation can accomplish miracles when fighting for a wise and popular cause. A great Allied victory was desirable to counteract the effects of the Galician campaign and appeal to the imagination of neutrals. Such victory was only obtainable now at tae Dardanelles. Roumania would contribute to the final victory even at the cost of great sacrifices.
