It is announced from Paris that the municipality lias decided to change the name of the Rue de Berlin to the Rue de Liege in honour" of the gallant defence- of the Belgian city.
Incensed because a man was following her, Miss Mary Gulp, a society girl of Columbus, Indiana, knocked him down and administered several blows. Three married woman went to aid Miss Culp in the attack. Before the man was badly injured the police interfered, but because of public notoriety Miss Culp refused to have a charge placed against him. "
