The- "Berliner Tageblatt" states that it will require extraordinary exertions to recapture the markets which were open to Germany before the war. The exports to British colonies aggregated five hundred million sterling, and Germany may ,expect that these countries will not buy in Germany' what is buyable elsewhere. -
