RUN OVER BY A TRUCK.
Invercargltl, June 9. John Lucas, employed-at the Ocean Beach Freezing Works, fell in front of a moving truck, the wheels passing over his legs, necessitating amputation. He died at the hospital ;thi& morning. Deceased was married,' and leaves a widow and family.
