TO DECREASE COST OF LIVING,
LOCAL TRADESMEN ANNOYED

Students at Oxford have established a co-operative store, in order to decrease the cost of living within the
university,
Local tradesmen, strongly resenting this, tried to induce the manufacturers and wholesale merchants not to supply goods to the students' store.
