(Received April 29, 8.55 p.m.)

Sydney, April 29.

As the outcome of a discussion at the recent conference of the Federated Seamen's Ucion of Australasia as to whether application should "be made to the Arbitration Court for the cancellation of the award in order to revert to the old method of strikes as a means of adjusting grievances, the executive has circularised all branches emphasising the fact that the union has definitely decided to abide by the award.
