The Dominion Meteorologist's summary and forecast, a3 from 5 p.m. today, are as follower—- , The weather has been generally gloomy, with much rain in the north and east coast districts. Strong easterly winds have prevailed, but the barometer has bevn unsteady. Present indications are for easterly to northerly winds, strong to a gale; cloudy and misty weather, ivith rain probable generally. The barometer is unsteady, bin likely to risfv temporarily in the- r.orth, hut fall fast soon in tin.- south.
