NEW ZEALAND'S TEAM.

THE EMPIRE RIFLE MATCH

Wellington, April 27. The General Officer Commanding the New Zealand Forces has notified Colonel Collins that ho approves of the following team to represent New Zealand in tho Empire rifle match, to take place in Melbourne next November: Riflemen W. Masefiold and H. Loveday, Lieutenant H. Simmonds, Rifleman J. Milroy, Corporal Bent, Riflemen D. McTntosh, J. Given, and J. Cheeseman (highost 'aggregate scorers at Trentham in the final fifty before the belt was fired for): Rifleman P. James, Corporal F. Ching, Rifleman A. Patrick, and Private L. Loveday (selected by the committee).

Tho team will leave loarly in October, and take part in tlw Now South Wales rifle meeting: The team will probably be in charge of Captain Doull, of Dunedin.
