THEATRE ROYAL PERMANENT PICTURES.
"House full" was the order of things at the Theatre Royal last night, many patrons being unable to find seats. The star attraction was "Tho Golden Cage" in which Saharet, a famous European dancer appeared in the) leading role. The story is one of Bohemian life. The Baron Ostwald marriog Anita A a dancer, but the latter becomes discontented with her lot and longs for freedom, which, after many strenuous, days for the Ba,nm, sitel obtains. It is a remarkable picture, with a well denned plot, magnificent dancing, and clever acting. Other items that supported the star wore "The Thumb Print," "Getting Rid of Trouble," "Oui; Bessie/ "The Recruiting Sergeant," etc. To-morrow a complete change wiH.be presented.at the matinee. On Thursday next another star by Nordisk (2.500 fetet) and entitled "Shanphaicd," will be screened. Full particulars of. this" will appear later.
