It is understood that the bodies in Captain Scott's tent were found as follows:—Captain Scott was sitting with his back to the tent pole, between his head and which he had placed his diary, apparently in order that its broader surface should provide easier support than the narrower pole ak>no. Dr. Wilson and Lieutenant Bovvers were lying in their sleeping bags.
