Mr. Balfoui-j Lord Robert Cecil, and twenty other Unionist members of the House of Commons ar© drafting a Women's Suffrage Bill.

While tho .House of Commons was discussing the House of Lords' amendments to the Scottish Temperance Bill, a mail in tho Strangers' Gallery shouted out protesting against the treatment of the suffragettes in prison. He was ejected, vociferating wildly. Thre<L others wei^e also ejected.
