VICTORY CLAIMED BY BOTH SIDES TURKS CONCENTRATING AT THRACE. . LOSING STEADILY. London, Oct 24. Reports received state that desperate fighting is proceeding at Kumanovo. Both sides claim the victory. Great slaughter occurred at • Novikaaar. . "The Times' " correspondent states that 230,000 Turks will concentrate at Thrace, on the Aegean Sea. Stara Zagora correspondents state that the districts of Raslog and Djumaibala are entirely in the hands of the Bulgarians. A number have been detached for tho purpose of repelling a further Turkish attack on Black Sea ports. Mr Bennett Burleigh, the "Daily Telegraph's" war correspondent, states that tho Turks are being steadily repulsed, and1 that their gun fire is indifferent.
