It is 29 years last Monday since Christchurch and Dunedin were joined by rail. There was some very remakable shooting at Bisley recently. Ser-geant-Major Wallingford scored three centuries in succession, and one of them was a highest possible of 105. As this last score was made without sighting shots, this remark-able-shooting is a world's record. In the whole competition he made the record of 498 points.
