f Invercargill, December 17. At the Arbitration Court to-day, P. R. V. Clark was awarded £100 for the death of his son, who was employed in driving a milk cart, and who was killed by a train. J. Brownlie was awarded £100 for iniury to_a hand while working a chaff :utter. " Several cases of breaches of iwards were heard and fines, totaling £19 10a wera inflicted.
