HOP GROWERS' MEETING AT WAKEFIELD.
(Prom Our Correspondent. ) Several bop growers mcc at the Oddfellows' Hall, Wakefield, on Saturday evening last, to discuss the matter of the formation of a Hop Growers' Association. Mr E. S. Hoult ocupied the chair. The matter was discussed in all its bearings, with the result that it was unanimously resolved to take steps to properly oragnise the growers. It was admitted by all present that it would be in the interests^of the industry, and also that the time was opportune. !.3>Yj Mr E. M. Holland consented to"intorview hop growers throughout tbe H'aimeas, and report to a general meeting in about a fortnight.
