NATIVE TROUBLE NATAL.
Received February 19, 11.4 p.m. Capetown, February 19. Tbe Natal Government has ordered the troops to sweep the country south of Vnkomoah and clear out the natives. This step is owing to reports that the chiefs are combining and that a native meeting at Mapunda declared that tbe natives are unable to pay the poll tax.
