ATTEMPTED ILLEGAL VOTING.
' Ashburton, February 16. Matthew Finlay Patterson, charged with having on December 6th, on the occasion of the election of a member for the House of Representatives, after having once voted in the electorate, again applied for a voting paper, was committed for trial at the Supreme Court. Bail was allowed.
