ROYAL VISIT.
Colombo, April 12. The steamer Opbir, with the Royal party, has arrived at Colombo. The voyage across the Indian Ocean from Aden was perfect. Fetes were held at Colombo and Kandy, anH were a brilliant success, the decorations and illuminations being on a lavish scale. Enthusiastic crowds were to be seen everywhere, and sympathetic addresses were presented by the principal public bodies. The Duke and Duchess of York are in the best health and spirits.
