An important point was decided in Chambers, by his Honor, Mr Juslica liiobmond ihi9 morning, when ho ruled thaS the U3er of right over a strip of land otherwise out of possession of a peraon to whom it wjb granted atid in possession cf the grantee of adjoining property did not oonstitute a bar (o an acqu;eition of title by the neighbor through the ope-ation of the statute of limitation. The roint arosa out f f a caveat entered by Jaob Joseph against the bringing of propeity on Lambton Quay under the L-ind Transfer Act by the executors cf the late C. W. Sohultze.
