Europeans are quitting FekiD, assaults and outrages en ioreigaers being of dai y occurrence. (Received October G, at 1,5 a.m.) A body of Japanese have landed at Hurchund, on the eastern coast of Corea, and are making an arsenal there- This is believed to refer to the movements ef the for:e which was sent to Posstt Bay. London, October 5. The Cabinet hss ordered three warships to proceed to China immediately. (Received October 5, at 7.30 a.m.)
