London, Ootober 3. j Mr Leonard Courtney, epsaking at Liskard said he believed the gold discoveries in Sooth Africa and West Aostralia, should lead to a Bimilar revival in tha commeroe and agriculture of the Empire to that which followed the finds in California, and the original discovery of the preoious metal in Australia .
