Bishop's School—The half-yearly distribution of prizes to the pupils attending this sohoolwill take place at noon to-day. His Lordship the Bishop of JNelson will present the prizes. Friends of the Bchool are invited to attend. Peesbnxation to the Govbbnob.—Mr E. Darby, photographer, has presented to his Excellency the Governor five photographic views taken in the City of Nelson. The views are well executed, and reflect oredit on Mr Darby. ' Stokb.—A miscellaneous entertainment will b« [ givea in the Stoka Public Hall to-morrow evening.
