Sib, —As one of the contractors for the construction of the above-named bridge, I must say. that fairplay has not been given to the Clerk of the Works nor the contractors. The former did his d'tfy conscientiously, and the latter according to the specifications supplied to them by the Provineiiil Government. If sought after, further explanation can be given by
