MELBOURNE.

Flodb and Grain.—Mr. Lawrance reports :—The Dunemarke has arrived from San Francisco with 17,000 bushels of wheat and 10 tons of flour, the produce of California. She brings no later dates than those received by the Hindostan, but confirms the same, that shipments of wheat wera being made to the Eastern states, and that no other vessels were on berth loading for these colonies. Imports of flour for the week are again moderate. Country orders absorb Adelaide sorts as they come to hand. Some ordinary brands have been rather freely pressed on market today. Buyer?, however, are careful in selecting, limiting operations to their immediate requirements. Wheat is unchanged. Oats are stationary; any disposition to press sales will bring down prices. Bailey, maize, and bran, are without any change. Estimated imports of flour and grain at the port of Melbourne, from 2lst to 27th July inclusive:— Flour: South Australian, 156 tons; Tasmanian 45, tons; Victorian (coastwise), 10 tons; Californian, 10 tons. Wheat: Tasmanian, 100 bushels; Californian 17,000 bushels. Oats: Tasmaniau, 6500 bushels, Victorian (coastwise), 700 bushels. Maize: From; New rfouth Wales, 11,000 bushels. Bran: South Australian, 2100 bushels; Tasmanian, 1300 bushels. —Age, July 28.
