The Tasmanian Maid arrived from Wellington at'midnight on Wednesday, putting us in possession of English news to March lOfch. The Derby Ministry is out, aud Palmerston again takes office. Having succeeded in rendering him tranquil, he was left again to sleep ;but the "household had scarcely retired before the fearful cry was renewed, and the unfortunate man jumped out of the window on to the roof of the house. Assistance ofthe police having been procured, he was taken to the look-up, and lodged there. It appears that he came here by the Mariner, and we believe his name to be Charles Mousley. He has since been conveyed to the Hospital, Waimea-road .[
