Distinction For Mr. Goosman
The distinction of being the first political figure in New Zealand to appear on the television screen may come the way of the Minister of Works, Mr. Goosman. When the Minister was inspecting the Wairakei geo-thermal project last week, the bores in action were photographed by Mr. T. L. Marshall, Los Angeles, who is making 16-millimetre “shorts” in New Zealand for American television programmes. Some feet of film were run on the Minister inspecting one of the bores.
