OLD PUPILS
ANNUAL MEETING OF ASSOCIATION ELECTION OF OFFICERS The annual general meeting of the Te Awamutu Secondary Old Pupils* Association was held last night, when the attendance though small was marked by a good deal of vigour and enthusiasm. Election of Officers President,. Mr Basil Ray; vicepresidents, Mr Trevor Carthy, Miss Bev. Betts; secretary, Miss June Young; treasurer, Mr Don Clarke; committee, Messrs Doug Clarke, Vic. Smart, Misses Betty Smart and Leila Loomb. It wa? decided to hold the annual ball in May and the function will be graced by the presentation of debutantes. It was also decided to'increase the subscription from 2s 6d to 5s which will include a copy of the College magazine “Hokioi” thus forming a c’oser ’ink between past and present pupils.
