BOROUGH COUNCIL HELP QUESTION OF PAVILION The following recommendations of the Works Committee, relative to the Waipa Basketball Association’s Courts, were adopted without discussion at Monday night’s meeting of the borough council. That it is recommended that the borough staff will lay the court in April, on the same terms as heretofore, viz council will provide labour and association to pay for material, and that the question of a colouring mixture be investigated. That the association be advised that pending the planning of a permanent building for a pavilion, arrangements will be made to have temporary accommodation provided, commensurate with the funds available.
