BOROUGH AFFAIRS

FOREMAN’S REPORT The report of the foreman, Mr R. H. Close as presented to Monday night’s meeting of the Te Awam’utu Borough Council read as follows: For' the past two weeks we have been finishing off the erecting of the crusher. Everything is now working nicely, the compressor is also working well and there should not be any hold-up now. We are hoping to get the screens working next week. Have made a start on the dam, we have most of the material required on the job, so there should not be much to hold us up, if we get fine weather now. Water and sewer services have been put on. The general maintenance work has been attended to regularly. The report was adopted without discussion.
