WEEKLY CLUB NIGHT EVENTS FOR L. HODGSON CUPS At the weekly club night meeting of the Te Awamutu Swimming Club last evening the ladies’ and men’s freestyle championship events for the L. Hodgson Cups were contested, resulting as follows: Men’s 100 yds. Freestyle Championship: R. Burns 1, Alan Bain 2, G. Bain 3. Won by touch, with touch between second and third. Time 69 seconds. Ladies’ 50 Yards Championship: Miss V. Cook 1. Only starter. Time, 39 seconds.
