On the 30th October we celebrate our first anniversary, as it is nearly one year since we opened the EMBASSY MILK BAR. With one year's experience behind us we feel sure that we can oiler even better service than in the past. We pride ourselves on our quick, efficient service; and, having all the modern facilities at our disposal, it is a pleasure to give you this bright service. Although Tea, Sugar, Ham, Milk, and Coffee have all increased in price there will be no increase in our prices. Tea, Coffee, Bournvita, Cocoa, or Hot Chocolate, with Toast, Sandwiches, etc., are still 9d and Is. To date we have had no increase in the price of Ice Cream, and, like last year’s Sundaes, will be charged at 7d. 10d, and Is, with Specialities at Is 3d and Is 6d. It is with pleasure that we advise that Passion Fruit Sundaes are again available at Is 3d each, and we feel sure you will enjoy an Ice Cream with the Pure Juice and Pulp of this delightful fruit. Do not forget to ask for one of these Specials —tasty and refreshing, as well as a health food. This Summer our Soda Fountain is in operation, and as a thirst-quencher there is nothing to compare with one of THE EMBASSY’S Ice Cream Sodas. All Fruit Flavours, 6d each. Milk Shakes, always a popular drink with young and old, can be served at a minute’s notice.
