Public Notices WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL PURSUANT to Sections 11 and 12 of The ®ocal Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and amendments thereof, I hereby give publie notice that the following persons have been duly nominated as candidates for the office of Councillors for the several Ridings of the County of Waipa hereunder mentioned:— , NEWCASTLE RIDING Blackett, Thomas Wray; Higginson, Frank; Kempthorne, James Thomas; Onion, Francis Leo; Russell, Stanley Guy. The number of candidates' for the Rukuhia, Kaipaki, and Rangiaohia Ridings not being in excess of the, number of vacancies to be filled 1 hereby declare the said Egertor, Francis Peacocke, Maurice Wilber! Cunningham, and George Smith Hall to be duly elected as Councillors for the respective Ridings of the County of Waipa. The number of candidates nominated for the Newcastle, Hamilton.
