DURO-M ASTIC DURO-MASTIC is chemically prepared from a natural mineral. Has the valuable property of not drying hard or brittle, and leaves a tough, flexible skin that will not crack. It can be used for similar purposes as paint if it is thinned out to a working consistency with water. When applied to any surface (even fabrics like coarse sacking) it makes them perfectly waterproof and preserves the material. This unique product is very suitable for all waterproofing, as follows: COW COVERS (from Sacks). WATER & PIG TROUGHS. STACK COVERS. MOTOR HOODS. FLASHINGS. TANKS AND ALL METAL CONTAINERS. ALL KINDS OF ROOFS. CORRUGATED IRON. CONCRETE WALLS AND ENDLESS OTHER USES. Use DURO-MASTIC as you would paint; thin out by adding water. It is easy to apply, and as a waterproof and preserver of Iron, Woods and Fabrics has no equal. DURO-MASTIC should not be stirred before using as a putty for plugging or sealing holes or cracks in Iron, Concrete, etc. DURO-MASTIC, as in the tin, is soluble in water and will keep in perfect order so long as itj is kept covered with water; but once dried it becomes proof against water or even corrosive acids.
