LEGAL MERGER
WAR-TIME ARRANGEMENT THREE PARTIES CONCERNED Consequent upon the exigencies of the war situation demanding military service of all able-bodied men, an important legal merger to help achieve that end is announced in Te Awamutu. As from Monday next, three legal practices hitherto carried on by Messrs de Coek and Judd, Mr Brian Malone, and Messrs Hill and Oliphant, will be amangamated for the duration, Major Oliphant having retired from the last partnership on April Ist. The practices will be conducted as one so as to permit the principals eligible for military service to perform those duties and at the same time provide their • clients with the ■maximum safeguards, so that their interests will pot be prejudiced in any way. The combined practices will in future be carried on at the former offices in Roche Street of Messrs de Coek and Judd under the name of Messrs de Coek, Judd, Hill and Malone.
