NATIONAL RESERVE
HOME GUARD MEMBERS AND CIVIL WORK The question has been raised whether members of the National Military Reserve who, under the new arrangement announced last week, are to be transferred to the Home Guard, will be able to resume their eivil occupations. When this was put to the Minister of Defence, Mr Jones, he said that the members of the National Military Reserve in this category would be transferred to the Home Guard units in their own districts.
