A NEW REGULATION WEIGHING FOR PAYMENT The main purpose of an amendment to the Dairy Produce Regulations, 1938, gazetted at Wellington last night, is to ensure that as far as possible suppliers to dairy factories are credited with and paid for all butter-fat contained in supplies delivered by them for the manufacture »f dairy produce. ’ The weight of milk must be recorded at the nearest pound to its exact weight.
