WAIKERIA DANCE

The Waikeria dance held in the Tokanui Cross-roads Hall on Wednes day evening attracted a large and happy cro'wd, and proved a very successful function. Mr J. Linehan officiated as master of ceremonies, and music was supplied by Mrs Holmes’ orchestra. Cards were played by non-dancers. and a most enjoyable evening was spent by all. A delicious supper was provided and served by the ladies present. Mr and Mi’s T. Munro won the Monte Carlo. The singing of the National Anthem at midnight brought the evening to a close.
