Judgment was given for plaintiff for £l7 10s by Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Hamilton on Friday in a claim, by Lawrence Bernard Owen, share-milk-er, Te Awamutu (Mr A. L. Tompkins), against Henry Eric Day, carrier, Hamilton (Mr H. T. Gillies). The claim was for £l9 in respect of a collision between plaintiff’s light car and defendant's truck, on 28th November, 1940, on Raynes Road, Rukuhia.
