RED CROSS SOCIETY
TOKANUI—TE MAWHAI. The usual monthly meeting of the Tokanui-Te Mawhai Red Cross was held at Tokanui on Wednesday. The sales table was well patronised and good business was done under the supervision of Mrs Perrott. Many knitted garments were handed in and several pairs of pyjamas and other work was .distributed to he made up during the. month. Games and afternoon tea completed the afternoon gathering. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, 18th June.
