CYCLE ROAD RACE
TO OHAUPO GOLF LINKS AND BACK. The Te Awamutu Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club held a cycle road race to Ohaupo golf links and back on Saturday afternoon, the distance being about 18 miles. The following are the results: L. McAlpine 10 min. 52.55 sec, 1; N. Liddington, 13£ min. 56.39 sec., 2; S. Hooper, 10 min. 53.19 see., 3. The fastest times were: R. Liddington (45 sec.), 50 min. 24 sec., 1; L. Johnston (45 sec.), 50 min. 24 1-5 sec., 2; T. McAneny (scr.) and T. Dalziel (scr.), 51 min. 16 sec., dead-heat 3.
