“Have we had many cases of dogowners seeking to register pomeranians or greyhounds as bonafide sheep and cattle dogs used exclusively for herding or droving sheep or cattle?” inquired a councillor at Mondya’s meeting of the Waipa County Countcil when consideration was being given to dog registration. Other councillors smiled, and it was agreed to ask the registrar-collector to submit a report.
