Public Notices. LOWER MANGAPIKO DRAINAGE ; BOARCt LOANS CONVERSION. PURSUANT to Section 9.(2) of The ' Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 193233, public notice is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Lower Mangapiko Drainage Board, to be held at the office of the Board, Farmers’ Institute Buildings, Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu, on THURSDAY, the Ist day of February, 1940 at 1 p.m. it is proposed to confirm a resolution passed at a special meeting of the said Board held on the eighteenth day of January, 1940, whereby the Board resolved to issue new securities in conversion of the existing securities in respect of loans aggregating £3550 comprised in the First Schedule of The Lower Mangapiko Drainage Board Loans Conversion Order, 1939, No. 2. A copy of the said resolution is deposited at the office of the Lower Mangapiko Drainage Board, Farmers’ Institute Buildings, Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu, and is open for the inspection of the public during office hours.
