An increase of 76 in the membership of the Farmers’ Union in the Waikato sub-provincial district during November was reported by the organiser, Mr N. F. Taylor, at a meeting of the execiitive in Hamilton. Mr Taylor said a new branch had been formed at Rukuhia with 54 members, which was equal to about 95 per cent, of the fanners in the Rukuhia district. A new branch was to be formed at Hamilton in the coming week.
