The Raglan Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd., is to be absorbed by the N.Z. Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd., according to a decision of the shareholders of the former concern, who voted, 310 votes to 15, in favour of amalgamation. The Raglan company has been operating for 34 years.
