The construction at Te Kuiti of the winter show building, for which funds were raised by the recent queen carnival, is now well under way. The structure will bo finished by the eml of June, to permit the show to be held on 30th June and Ist and 2nd .July. The old power-house building is being i enovated, and will be practically doubled in size by a new extension reaching out into*the borough section. A total of 8896 feet of floor space will thus be made available. This is a far greater area than the show organisation has ever had at its disposal for its annual exhibition.
