WOMEN’S INSTITUTE
MANGAOKEWA BRANCH. The July meeting of the Mangaokewa Women’s Institute was largely attended, and was presided over by Mrs Cathie (president), Mrs Bidwell (Hangatiki), gave <1 very interesting detailed report of the recent round-table conference, and afterwards demonstrated the art of glove-making. Several new members were enrolled.
