KIHIKIHI TOWN BOARD. is hereby given, in accordance with Section 35 of The Town Boards Act, 1)908, and Sections 51 to 56 of The Rating Act, 1925, that it is the intention of the Kihikihi Town Board, at its next meeting, to be held on the 26th day of August, 1937, to make and levy a General Rate of one penny and one half of a penny (lid) in the pound on the capital value of all the ratable property in the Kihikihi Town District for the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1938. The said rate, together with the annual recurring rate of five sixteenths (5/16d) of' a penny in the pound on the capital value of all the ratable property in the said Town District, is to be paid in one sum to the collector (W.
