Public Notices. OTOROHANGA RABBIT BOARD. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE GENERAL RATE. JQOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Otorohanga Rabbit Board, at its next meeting to be held on MONDAY, 2nd August, 1937, to make and levy general rates for the year commencing Ist April, 1937, and ending 31st March, 1938 payable in one sum at the office of the Board, Farmers’ Institute Buildings, Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu, on WEDNESDAY, 18th day of August, 1938, as under— HYDE’S SUBDIVISION: A rate j of one penny (Id) per acre on the ratable properties in j Hyde’s Subdivision. HONIKIWI SUBDIVISION: A rate of one penny (Id) per acre on the ratable properties in Honikiwi Subdivision. BALANCING AREA A rate of four pence (4d) per acre on the balance of the ratable properties in the Board’s area. J HEREBY feive notice that an application has been received from Lewis Hodgson’s Motor Service, Ltd., for a license to transfer a petrol pump from Park Road, Te Awamutu, to new premises, Ohaupo Road, Te Awamutu, and to install one new pump. Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application and who wishes to make representations accordingly must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 29th July, 1937. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.
