The lease ■ is for a term of 21 years commencing j Ist June, 1937, and contains provisions requiring the Lessee to pay rates and taxes, to keep all improvements in repair, to destroy noxious weeds and rabbits, to farm in a proper manner, not to call on the Lessor j to contribute to any dividing fence, not to impair the purity of the Borough water supply, not to cut down bush, and not to assign or sub-let the lease without permission.
